Works are continuing on The Crane Private Residences Phase 2!
Externally, the team is in the process of painting and priming the elevations facing East and North. With the exception of the South elevation, most of the moldings have been installed externally.
Internally, tiling has started on Level 1 along with the closing up of walls and ceilings. The team is also currently completing plumbing and electrical works on Level 5 to start closing walls and ceiling ahead of the commencement of finishes from top, down.
