Things are progressing quickly in The Crane Private Residences Phase 2!
The team has prepared and commenced foundations for the dividing walls in front of the building. Moldings to windows and feature bands externally are also now well advanced in preparation for decoration. A/C installation has commenced and white-render work has started on the interior unit walls. The team has also been testing the plumbing installations and are continuing electrical inspections to allow walls and ceilings to be closed up.
