Things are moving quickly on The Crane Private Residences Phase 2!
External painting is ongoing with the East elevation largely complete and West and South elevations continuing. Scaffold has been erected on the South elevation and render is ongoing to the beam edges in preparation for moldings and lattice work. Columns on the patios have also been installed to allow the completion of timber posts and the small roofs over the penthouse patios.
Internally, the team has advanced tiling on the ground floor in all four units and is progressing the services on the penthouse level and roof. Coral render wall finishes are well advanced in all units and preparations are ongoing to slick the walls. Air conditioning units are largely installed and ducted throughout, and the team is now installing the pipework connections to prepare ceilings for final inspections.
