Things are progressing nicely on The Crane Private Residences Phase 2! The penthouse roof timber structures are now in place and roof shingles installed. External render is also largely complete and the team will shortly commence external mouldings.
Internally, the electrical inspections for Levels 1 and 2 have been successful and the team will shortly begin closing up walls and ceilings. Plumbing tests are being set up now on Level 1 in advance of closing the washroom areas. The team has also commenced the installation of the duct-work and air conditioning systems within the building.
