If not, you are yet to experience the kind of food that feeds your soul, inspires you to book flights, and causes you to reconsider all your previous meals. You simply haven’t enjoyed fish unless you’ve tasted our grilled marlin; if you’ve never sipped a Bajan rum punch at sunset, you just haven’t sampled rum! To help you plan your Barbados trip, our Concierge has rounded up a must-try list of eateries on the island’s buzzing South Coast.

Naru

Near the waters’ edge, along the Richard Haynes Boardwalk, an unforgettable dining experience awaits you.

Cuz Fish Stand

Cuz Fish Stand exemplifies how delicious food can be without having a sit-down meal with a high price tag. You may be lying on the beach and notice a long line forming in the distance toward Bajan Landmark. The ideal lunchtime treat is just off Pebbles Beach, between the Hilton Barbados Resort and the Radisson Aquatica, tucked neatly to one side.

You might wonder, “What should I order?” There is simply one choice at Cuz’s: the fish cutter. You can add cheese or an extra serving of fish to your order. Cuz always prepares fried marlin fish with a fresh bun, an egg, lettuce, and his special sauce. We’re telling you; you’ll be coming back for more.
