Phase 2 of The Crane Private Residences is nearing completion!
Most of the scaffold has been removed from the building’s exterior and the construction hoist is soon to follow. Handrails to the external balconies on the north side of the building have been installed with the exception of the area blocked by the hoist. Backfilling and plumbing works to the pools are ongoing on the south side and the team is also preparing to backfill the east and north sides imminently. Tiling to the stairs and lobbies is also now largely complete.

Basement
Electrical panels and water meters in the rooms have been installed and work is ongoing to complete these. Tiling is well advanced in the rooms on the left side and has now commenced on the right side.
Level 1
All units are at snagging stage. Units 5211 and 5212 are more advanced and electrical inspections will begin this week. Upon completion of these inspections, polish to floors will be completed for furniture to be installed.
Level 2
Tiling and ceiling decorations will be completed in the coming days and kitchen and closet works have commenced.
Level 3
Kitchens and closets are now well advanced, along with tiling. Ceilings and other decorations are being completed ahead of the installation of counter tops and back splash tiling.
Level 4
Kitchens and closets have been installed in all units. Counter tops, door hardware and shower screens have been advanced and tiling is nearing completion.
Level 5
The first set of units on this level are being prepared for snagging. Tiling is largely completed to the internal stairs with only some skirting tiles to be completed. The installation of sanitary ware has also commenced on this level.
