Development Updates

Work Continues – The Crane Private Residences Phase 2 Update

Work on Phase 2 of The Crane Private Residences continues.


The Crane Private Residences Phase 2

Doors have been installed on the ground floor and penthouse levels. The team has also started the installation of kitchens and cabinetry on the ground floor level.

The rooftop pools have been lifted into place and tiling has advanced to the roof decks on units 5251 and 5252. The scaffold is now being removed from the building, with only the section from the hoist on the North elevation being left to allow access to each side of the building.
