Construction of Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences continues in earnest with local manufacturing company Preconco Ltd. nearing the completion of the building’s concrete works.
“The building is coming along quite quickly,” reported Constable, “Preconco should soon complete the installation of the pre-cast units and they’ll have another 3-4 weeks onsite to complete the grouting and other minor areas of making good.”

Working with the sub-contractors, The Crane’s team is presently preparing the building’s wall panels to receive the electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning installations and continuing with the waterproofing installation around the basement walls.
