Development Updates

Advancing – The Crane Private Residences Phase 2 Development Update

Phase 2 of The Crane Private Residences is being advanced, ahead of anticipated completion this winter!

Tiling continues on the 1st, 4th and 5th floors and has commenced on the 3rd floor. Preparations to close the ceiling on the 4th floor are ongoing while the installation of external mouldings has started, with external finishes being applied to the South elevation.
